Three new Sony Ericsson phones in September

There are 3 new phones headed our way from Sony Ericcsson this fall and they are the Aino, Satio and Yari. The phones will all have the same launch date of September 28th 2009. The Aino is a large screen slider phone with a 8.1 megapixel camera. Next is the Sony Ericsson Satio which is a smartphone based on the Symbian Foundation Platform. It will feature a 12.1 megapixel camera with all the bells and whistles. Lastly is a gaming cell phone called the Yari. It is designed for gamers and has a 5.0 megapixel camera.

We have got our hands on a new promotional video for the upcoming Sony Ericsson T715. The Sony Ericsson T715 is a cool looking slider phone with a big and bright QVGA screen. The Sony Ericsson T715 also has a 3.2 megapixel camera that is bound to come in handy. The rest of the phone follows suit of other Sony Ericsson mid-range phones so you can expect the same kind of features. Take a look at the video and see for yourself.



Sony Ericsson launches “Entertainment Unlimited”

In a big move by Sony Ericsson it has announced that it will drop its sponsorship deals with Ibiza Rocks and Virgin Mobile for V Festival. The move is said to be a cost cutting measure but also a change of focus for Sony Ericsson as it gets ready to launch its own “Entertainment Unlimited” brand. The new “Entertainment Unlimited” will see its logo all over new mobile phones and will also be host to a number of new music and movie oriented events. There is even a Internet TV channel called “Pocket TV” that is to be powered by the new brand name.
